Salary and Benefits

• Salary Range: $110,000 - $145,000+
• Student Loan Repayment: Up to $110,000

Responsibilities

• Flexible Scheduling: 5-Day or 4-Day Work Week Options Available
• Provide comprehensive primary care for children and adults in an outpatient setting
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including primary care physicians, nurses, and specialists
• Develop and implement individualized care plans focusing on holistic, patient-centered approaches
• Conduct physical exams, preventative screenings, chronic disease management, and health education
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system (EPIC preferred)

Requirements

• Clear and Active Nurse Practitioner License in the State of Missouri
• National Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC or FNP-C)
• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Nursing
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient or integrated care setting
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
