The Opportunity:

The SSM Health Dean Medical Group- Whitewater Clinic is actively recruiting an experienced full time (.8-1.0 fte) Nurse Practitioner to join the Family Medicine department at our Whitewater, WI location. The Family Medicine department consists of 2 physicians & 1 advanced practitioner.

Qualifications:

  • Recent primary care advanced practice experience strongly preferred
  • Graduate of nationally accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) Program
  • Ability to obtain Wisconsin NP/PA licensure
