Overview

CHI Health Clinic is actively seeking a full-time Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (PA or APRN) to join our established practice at 42nd & L Street in Omaha, Nebraska. CHI Health Clinic has primary care clinics across Nebraska and Southwest Iowa.

Responsibilities

The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) is responsible for providing direct clinical care in an ambulatory setting and provides health maintenance exams with appropriate patient education for all age groups including well child exams, adolescent exams, sports physicals and adult physicals including pap and pelvic exams. They will perform procedures commensurate with education, training and experience. Our Advanced Practice Providers are a collaborative member of an interdisciplinary care team with advanced communication skills.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of one year experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant required
  • Use of translator services required
  • Master's Degree in Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant from accredited program
  • Certification by a nationally recognized certification organization
  • Nebraska License required
  • Nebraska DEA required
  • BLS

Pay Range
$56.36 - $65.76 /hour
