We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Bilingual Nurse Practitioner to join our reputable Primary Care Practice in Spring Valley, NY. This full-time position offers n excellent opportunity to provide high-quality care to a diverse patient base. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish and capable of offering comprehensive care, including well visits, sick visits, immunizations, medication management, and physical exams.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct well visits, sick visits, and physical exams for patient of all ages
- Administer immunizations and manage medications according to personalized care plans

- Provide high- quality care with an emphasis on patient education and support
Qualifications:
- Active Nurse Practitioner License in New York
- Fluent in Spanish
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
