Position Overview
As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will deliver comprehensive care in family medicine, pediatrics, or obstetrics. This role involves direct patient care, supervision of clinical staff, and active participation in case management and health education initiatives. Reporting to the Medical Director, you’ll work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to improve the health and well-being of our community.
Key Responsibilities

Provide primary care services, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment following established protocols.

Collaborate with healthcare team members to meet patients' unique needs and ensure continuity of care.

Supervise clinic staff, including Medical Assistants, and Community Health Workers, while managing daily clinic operations.

Lead patient and community health education classes.

Assist in training clinical and support staff through in-service sessions.

Participate in case management meetings, research initiatives, and the clinic’s clinical committee.

Complete necessary documentation, including billing and patient-related forms.

Participate in after-hours or weekend on-call rotations.
Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.

Current Nurse Practitioner license in Arizona.

Valid California driver’s license.

Ability to pass a pre-employment physical examination.

A minimum of two years of clinical experience (preferred).
