Supplemental Health Care is seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner in Antioch, CA for a 4-week assignment at a partnering Outpatient Clinic. Nurse Practitioner Contract Details

  • $75 – $80 an hour*
  • 4-week contract with possibility to extend every 4 weeks
  • Shift: Monday – Friday / Days
  • Nurse Practitioner will provide care within their scope of practice and in accordance with the standards of the facility

Requirements:

  • Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in California
  • BLS
  • DEA
  • Experience: 2 years of recent relevant experience
  • Board Certified/ Board Eligible
  • Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and facility personnel
  • FQHC experience is preferred
