Financials and Benefits:
- Base Salary: Starting at $150,000, with increases based on experience and annual discretionary bonuses.
- Sign-On Bonus: $20,000, forgiven monthly over 3 years.
- Housing Allowance: $42,000 annually ($3,500/month) for the first 3 years.
- Relocation Assistance: $5,000 for in-state residents, $7,500 for out-of-state.
- PTO and CME:
- 168 PTO hours annually (increases in year 3).
- 11 paid holidays and CME allowance: 40 hours and $1,500 annually.
