Dates: 2/25 – 4/4/25 (Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri – no Wednesdays) 8am to 4pm, minus unpaid lunch

Job Description for Clinics:

• Ages 2+ unless noted differently
• 2-3 patients per hour
• EMR: eClinicalWorks

Services:

OccMed could start down the road

Possible sport/school physicals if patient requests

Primary Care, some Wellness

Occ Health Services:

· Non-DOT Drug Testing – Maybe

· Post-offer Phys – Maybe

· Sport/School Physicals – As patient requests it, but this is more of a non-occ. Health service.

· Pap Smears/Well Woman Exams – As patient requests it, but this is more of a non-occ. Health service.

· Dispensary: Yes

Dates: Burlington location: 2/25 – 4/4/25 (Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri – no Wednesdays)

Hours: 8am to 4pm, minus unpaid lunch

Dates: Conover and Newton location: 1/9/25-4/3/25 Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri

Hours: 07:00 - 3:30pm

REQUIREMENTS:

• Board Certified
• Active NC license
• BLS, ACLS
