Supplemental Health Care is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner in Forks, Washington for a 12-week assignment at a partnering hospital. Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner Contract Details

• $65-$75 an hour*
• 12 week contract with possibility to extend
• 8 or 10 hour shifts available
• Tuesday – Friday or Monday – Thursday scheduling days are available
• The Nurse Practitioner will provide care within their scope of practice and in accordance with the standards of the facility

Requirements:

• Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of Washington
• BLS
• Active DEA
• Experience: 1 year of recent relevant experience
• Board Certified/ Board Eligible
• Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and facility personnel
