Responsibilities

The APN/RNP is a licensed professional nurse that works under the supervision and direction of the -Collaborative Practice Physician; they provide direct, comprehensive, preventative and therapeutic healthcare to patients and families including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, prescription, counseling and instruction in compliance with Nurse Practitioner Protocols and all regulations governing RNP’s. The APN may provide healthcare for which the APN is educationally prepared and for which competence has been attained and maintained.


Qualifications
  • Current RNP and/or APN licensure in Arkansas. Documentation compliant with the State Nursing Board of satisfactory completion of a nurse practitioner educational program and completion of preceptorship.
  • Eligibility for a Medicare provider number and DEA registration.
  • Experience in APN/RNP patient care preferred.

Pay Range
$41.98 - 62.97 /hour
