As a Family NP, you will work independently and collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to promote wellness and manage a variety of acute and chronic conditions.

Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management and follow-up care.
Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications.
Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure the best outcomes for patients.
Document patient information accurately and in a timely manner, following legal and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications
Current, unrestricted NP license in South Carolina (or eligible to obtain licensure).
Active certification from a recognized NP certifying body (e.g., AANP, ANCC).
Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
BLS/ACLS certification preferred.
