Supplemental Health Care has partnered with Nurse Practitioners for over 35 years. We’re now seeking NPs specializing in Family Medicine for openings at a Hospital facility in Forks, Washington. Our goal is to help open a range of options for all healthcare professionals working with us so they can choose the assignments that fit their goals and lifestyle best.
Nurse Practitioner Contract Details
- $2,700 – $2,943 per week*
- 12-week contract with possibility to extend
- Nurse Practitioner will provide care within their scope of practice and in accordance with the standards of the facility

Requirements:
- Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license in good standing
- Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- 1 year of recent relevant experience
- American Heart Association BLS
