We are looking for a motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our medical practice in Overland Park, KS. We are looking for a provider who can join us on either a part-time basis or full-time basis providing direct patient care. Our ideal NP is holistically minded, comfortable working within an integrated setting, collaborating with a knowledgeable and well-respected team of professionals, to offer a comprehensive approach to patients living with acute and chronic pain. Job duties include performing trigger point and joint injections.

Duties:
- Patient exam/evaluation (medical history, physical exam, review pertinent med records/imaging)
- Order and review tests/labs
- Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
- Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment options, rehab/exercises and various modalities
- Manage patient care, prescribe DME as needed
- Treatments- perform trigger point, joint and regen med injections (ultrasound guided)
- Documentation and progress notes
- Order PT/chiropractic services as medically needed
- Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care
- Oversee management of the Medical Assistants
- Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Nurse Practitioner license in KS and preferably MO
- Orthopedic, Physical Med and Rehab, or Pain management background is a plus
- Experience with trigger point/joint injections a plus (we can provide training)
- $85,000- $98,000 (depending on hours worked and experience)
- Part time (2-3 days per week) to Full time (Mon-Friday)
