Job Description
Primary Function: To provide comprehensive out-patient clinical care to OB/GYN patients consistent with existing practice protocols, organizational standards, legal and regulatory requirements.
This position requires providing service to the following age population(s) AD, A, O and in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served. Primary responsibilities will be in providing outpatient obstetric obstetrical and gyn care. The practitioner will work in a collaborative practice with Albert Einstein Medical Center Ob/Gyn physicians but will be expected to function as an independent practitioner under the Nurse Practitioner act and guidelines.

Education/Training/Experience:
- Graduate from an Women’s Health Nurse Practitioners Program, Masters Degree required. Certification in Women’s Health specialty is required. Experience in managing obstetrical patients and evaluating for disease is preferred. Women’s health and labor floor experience is preferred.

Licenses/Certifications:
Pennsylvania state license as a nurse practitioner required. Certification by an approved organization in Nurse Practitioner specialty area required.
