Requirements to apply:

Degree: Valid and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of California

Board Certification: Valid and Current NP board certification

Certification: DEA registration, CPR/BLS certification

Preferences: Family, Adult or Geriatric NP specialty and bilingual: Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese preferred.

• Eligible to provide Medicare and MediCal services
• Ability to work sensitively and effectively with individuals of diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds.
• Proof of medical clearance for communicable diseases, including a TB test.
• Proof of all immunizations is up to date.
