*Location: North California

*Start Date: December 16, 2024

*End Date: Ongoing

*Schedule: Scheduled hours +No Call; Monday-Friday 8-5

*Requirements:

• Board Certified or truly Board Eligible
• Active, unrestricted CA license
• Clean background/malpractice
• Clean DEA from CA or transferred to CA
• BLS, PALS certifications
• Must provide up to date CV, BE/BC document, CA license, AHA certifications, 3 references, and NPDB prior to application

*EMR: Epic

*Patients per Shift: 18

* Credentialing Timeframe: 30 - 90 days

*Coverage: Long-Term Permanent

*Travel & Lodging provided

*Malpractice Insurance provided

*Rate: Open; Please provide your going rate range for hourly, 12 hour Call, and Call back
