About the role:
- Full- time, Monday – Friday, Optional Saturdays
- Schedule – 4 weeks on/1 week off
- Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner will work autonomously to see Medicare age patients in the home, performing annual comprehensive health assessments – 45-60-minute-long assessments
- Provider will be a regional traveler– location varies across the state based on business needs
- Group will assist with obtaining multiple state licenses – regional travelers will need 8-12 state licenses
Background:
- Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner / FNP, Acute Care Nurse Practitioner / ACNP, or Adult-Geriatric Nurse Practitioner / AGNP
- 3 + years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner required
