Their team of physicians, nurse practitioners, behavioral health providers, and staff deliver friendly, expert care to individuals and families. The client is offering a salary range and the following benefits:

• $90,000-$120,000 Salary, Based on Experience

Job Responsibilities

• • Flexible Schedule. Monday – Friday: Mon and Tue: 7:30a – 6p, Wed and Th 7:30a-7p, Fri 7:45a-5p
  • 4 or 5 Days a Week - At Least 36 Hours

• 20 Patients a Day - Two Patients an Hour
• Seeing Patients of All Ages

Job Requirements

• Active License in The State of Indiana
• 1+Years of Experience as a Nurse Practitioner Required
• Call Rotation By Phone Only
