Partnership Health an outpatient Family Practice in beautiful Williamsport, Pennsylvania is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner for a full time position.

This outpatient office is open only to the employees of Lycoming County. We offer onsite Family Medicine, X-ray, Lab, Pharmacy, Behavorial Health, Physical Therapy and Chiropractic services

Job Responsibilities

Duties
Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history and physical examinations.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
Provide care in areas such as memory care, infectious disease management, and psychopharmacology.
Perform procedures including gastric lavage and botulinum toxin treatments as necessary.
Utilize medical imaging techniques to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a Level II Trauma Center environment to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using Cerner or similar electronic health record systems.
Educate patients and families on health management, disease prevention, and wellness strategies.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
Current certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).
Valid state nursing license with prescriptive authority.
Experience in outpatient settings preferred
Knowledge of psychopharmacology principles and practices.
Proficient in the use of electronic health records (EHR), specifically Cerner.
Strong clinical skills in patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to educate patients effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities.

Working Hours

3 - 10 hr shifts during the week plus every other weekend saturday and sunday from 8am-1pm
