Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioners Needed
In Mesa, AZ or Surprise, AZ!

CareNational is looking for experienced Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner candidates for 2 opportunities working in Mesa or Surprise! This is a direct hire position and ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of recent experience as an Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner working in Primary Care or Family Practice. Pay Details:

  • Pay Range: Up to $140,000 depending on experience
  • Monthly RVU bonus

Work Setting:

  • On Site

Position Details:

  • Direct Hire
  • Location: Clinics located in through out the valley, but they are hiring in Surprise and in Mesa currently
  • Schedule: 8 to 5, office open Monday to Friday
Duties:
  • Collaborate with the physician to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Work autonomously in clinic with medical assistants, dieticians, and staff.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations.

Requirements:

  • Nurse Practitioner certificate issued by the Arizona Board of Nursing
  • Valid Arizona Advanced Practice license
  • Valid DEA certificate
  • Must have 2 solid years of experience working in Primary Care or Family Medicine and a high level of confidence working autonomously in clinic.
