Family Nurse Practitioner
A hospital located 1.5 hours south of Santa Cruz, CA, is hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner. This full-time, permanent position offers competitive pay, excellent benefits, and a supportive team culture.
Pay: $75.00 - $99.19/hour
Opportunity Highlights:
- Schedule: Day shift, 10-hour shifts
- Role: Follow current treatment protocols in collaboration with clinic physicians. The Family Nurse Practitioner will assume responsibility for treatment decisions regarding patient care, with support from a supervising physician.
Qualifications:
- Education: Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Licensure: Active Registered Nurse/Nurse Practitioner license with the California Board of Registered Nursing; BLS, ACLS certification
- Certification Requirements: Completion of an accredited program per California Code of Regulations (Section 1484) or current certification by one of the following:
- American Nurses Credentialing Center
- American Academy of Nurse Practitioners
- Pediatric Nursing Certification Board
- National Certification Corporation (for Obstetric, Gynecologic, and Neonatal Nursing Specialties)
- American Association of Critical-Care Nurses
