Job Description
Seeking Family Nurse Practitioner to work as part of the provider team performing a variety of direct patient care services including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation/monitoring. The FNP may also perform specialty services including diagnostic colposcopy, after training, credentialing and certification. The FNP collaborates with clinical and other staff to achieve improved patient care & outcomes during the medical visit. It will require constant collaboration and constant efforts to improve the patient experience by providing high-quality, patient-centered care. This will involve participation in training, team meetings, and huddles to facilitate the delivery of patient-centered care.
Four 10-hour days; 7:30 am – 6:00 pm
Education and Experience
- Must be a graduate of an accredited nurse practitioner program
- Must be licensed as an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) in the state of South Carolina with the ability to see patients of all ages, birth to death
- Must have federal and state prescriptive authority
- A minimum of three years nurse practitioner experience required.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage stressful situations
