Position Type: 1099 and Locums
Start Date: ASAP After Credentialing (30-90 Days)
End Date: March 2025
Schedule: 4 shifts a week- 4x10- Days
Shift Timing: 7am-5pm or 10am-8pm

Details and Summary:

• Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic
• Patient Per shift: 45-50 Patients a Day in Clinic
• EMR: EPIC
• Credentialing Time frame: 30-90 Days
• Hiring for Physician Assistant candidates that are ALREADY ACTIVELY licensed in Illinois and with an active Illinois Controlled Substance license
• Perks: Housing, Logistics and Malpractices Insurances will be covered

Requirements:

• Certified NP or PA-C
• Board Certified: Must be certified
• License: Active IL License for NP
• Illinois Controlled Substance License - Required

Shifts and Term Details:

• Terms: 3 Months with Possibility of Extensions
• Start Date: 30-90 Days once Offered
• Hours per week: hrs/wk (12x3 shifts)
• Shift: ASAP once Credentialing has been done.
