- 8:00am to 4:30pm
- No Weekends
- No Evenings
- No On-Call
COMPENSATION:
- $115,000 to $135,000 Base Salary, dependent upon experience

This community health system has been in operation for more than 100 years, providing a robust set of services to the local community in a variety of locations. They operate a 105-bed hospital facility, many outpatient primary care clinics, specialty centers, and more. They are currently hiring due to growth.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The organization is currently seeking three (3) family nurse practitioners - one each for their outpatient clinics in Dundee, Seneca Falls, and Penn Yan.
The new FNP will join an established team of clinicians in a primary care outpatient clinic. Details of the role include, but are not limited to:
- provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages
- conduct thorough assessments
- diagnose illnesses
- develop appropriate treatment plans
- monitor patients' health statuses and responses to treatment, adjusting care plans as needed
- oversee medication management for patients with chronic conditions
- perform routine medical procedures and interventions as required
- collaborate with physicians and other professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care
- educate patients and families on preventive healthcare, treatments, medications, etc.
Providers see a variable number of patients per day, with schedules thoughtfully created to ensure each visit has appropriate time allotted.
Providers are well-supported by dedicated clinical assistants. The practice uses an EHR system.
REQUIREMENTS:
- New York NP license
- FNP certification
- DEA
