Join our well-established and expanding Addiction and Behavioral Health Recovery Center, serving the community for over 50 years. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our dynamic team, which includes Family Nurse Practitioners (FNP), a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), Registered Nurses (RNs), and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs). This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive outpatient care for patients with mental health and substance use disorders.
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor patient progress.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care.
  • Educate patients and their families on treatment options and resources.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the center.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Oregon (or eligible for licensure).
  • NP candidates in practice as well as new graduate NP candidates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Commitment to patient-centered care and community engagement.
