Our client in Larimer County is in need of a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner for a Locum assignment!

Job details:

• Start - ASAP
• Hospital Hours: 24/7
• Work schedule: 8a-4:30p
• Number of shifts: 8-12 per month
• Lunch schedule: 30 minutes
• Dates of coverage: Every Saturday and every other Friday, in addition to any vacation requests
• Patient Population: Adult (18+): Hospital 80%, Geriatrics: Hospital 5%, Pediatrics: Hospital 15%
• Hospital-based Practice
• Number of Physicians in practice & their specialties: Psychiatrists - 3; Supervising FMC provider - 1
• Support Staff: 7 LPN & BHT 5
• Other physicians present during locum tenens coverage: YES

Job Requirements:

• DEA - REQUIRED (required to move to work onsite)
• CO License or IMLC - REQUIRED
• Board Certified - REQUIRED
• BLS - REQUIRED
• Provider must be local and within driving distance to the facility - REQUIRED
