• Hours: Monday-Thursday 8-5, Friday 8:30-5:30, Telehealth on Saturday 9a-1p
• Support Staff: 2:1 MA
• Must have have 2+ years as an FNP doing sick and well visits
• Must be comfortable seeing kids
• Credentialing: Active Massachusetts license, DEA, Medicare & Medicaid
