Salary and Benefits

• Salary: $140,000 annually
• Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 ($5,000 after orientation, $5,000 after one year)

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide patient-centered care
• Administer prescribed medications, injections, and vaccinations
• Facilitate accurate medication prescriptions, refills, and chronic disease monitoring
• Perform wound care and toxicology screenings
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the highest quality of care
• Provide psychoeducation to patients and families on health-related topics
• Use best practices in medical care, including preventive interventions
• Participate in team meetings and consultations to promote integrated care

Requirements

• Current license as a Family Nurse Practitioner in Colorado
• Graduate degree in nursing from an accredited academic institution
• Minimum of two years of experience as an FNP
• Current Colorado Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Proficiency in electronic health records and prescribing systems
