Take on a pivotal role with our healthcare client's team as a Nurse Practitioner (Family or Adult Medicine) in Brooklyn, NY, delivering comprehensive healthcare services through expert diagnosis, treatment, and care coordination for adult patients.

Compensation: $130,000/year
Location: Brooklyn, NY
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM


Responsibilities as the Nurse Practitioner (Family or Adult Medicine):
  • Patient Care: Conduct thorough health screenings, examinations, and interviews with adult patients to formulate diagnoses and provide appropriate treatments.
  • Procedures: Perform procedures and duties typical to an office-based practice, ensuring the highest level of patient care.
  • Coordination: Work closely with the medical team to ensure seamless patient care, including referrals to specialty clinics as needed.
  • Collaboration: Regularly consult with the Assistant Medical Director and Nurse Manager regarding the performance of the clinical staff to maintain quality standards.
  • Compliance: Ensure clinical practices adhere to all relevant guidelines and contracts, coordinating with the medical team to maintain compliance.
Qualifications for the Nurse Practitioner (Family or Adult Medicine):
  • Licensure: Active Nurse Practitioner license (Family or Adult) in New York State.
  • Experience: 2+ years of Clinical Practice as a Nurse Practitioner, specializing in Family or Adult Medicine.
  • Skills: Proven expertise in patient diagnosis, treatment planning, and care coordination, with strong communication and collaborative abilities.
