ABOUT DELTA PHYSICIAN PLACEMENT

- Salary: $123K-$170K (per experience) plus annual merit increases to 7%
- Relocation - $30K
- Sign on: 10% of base salary
- Retention bonus: 10% of base salary at 2 years
- Student Loan Repayment through - NHSC - ISH
- CME: $4K + 40 Hours
- PTO: 10 hours per pay period (400 hours can be banked or paid out yearly)
- Outpatient psychiatry, treat patients 18 years +
- Services we provide: Crisis intervention, Psychiatric evaluation, Psychiatric medication management, Psychotherapy (group, family, and limited individual), Group skill building
- PPD: 4 intakes a week. Intakes are 1.5 hours, follow ups are 30 minutes.
- Work with our psychiatric care team that supports each patient we see.
- Our team consists of MP/NP, Nurse Case Manager, Directing Clinician (who does brief intervention, some individual therapy, and provides treatment plans for case management), 3 Behavioral Health Case Managers, 1 CMA, 1 admin/scheduler
- 2+ Years experience
- Current Certification or will be certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners or American Nurse Credentialing Center, (NP) with added qualifications in psychiatry.
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a multi-disciplinary setting, with prescriptive privileges OR successful completion of a behavioral health clinical rotation
- Must be eligible for DEA certification
