Client seeks Physician or Nurse Practitioner for December 26 & 27 at their Corporate Health clinic in Salt Lake City, UT. Provider will see ages 2+ for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and wellness visits. Hours are 8:00am-4:00pm with a 30-minute lunch break. Candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible and have 3+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to be considered for this assignment.
