- Setting: employee health campus for a large technology campus in Folsom, CA
- Brand new site opening - must have dynamic and outgoing personality is preferred and willingness to engage members at Cafe events
- Expected to ramp up to 17 patients per day
- Must see patients ages 2 and up, but mostly adult patient population
- Will be sole provider in new health center, along with MSK team (PT, chiropractor, acupuncture) and behavioral health (will have a collaborative physician for you)
- EMR: Epic (prefer if you have experience)
- Dress code: business casual with provided white coat
- Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm (1 hour lunch); no weekends or holidays
- 2-3 weeks to credential
- Must have active and unrestricted DEA
- Must have active CA license
- Must have minimum 1 year of primary care experience
- Receive a weekly paycheck

- 100% of malpractice insurance covered
