Position: Locum NP (Nurse Practitioner) - Family Practice

Key Responsibilities:
Perform thorough assessments, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions in patients of all ages.
Develop individualized treatment plans, order diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications as needed.
Conduct routine health screenings, preventive care, and manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care.
Educate patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic illnesses.
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for each patient.
Qualifications:
Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner (Family Practice specialization preferred).
Arizona state licensure or willingness to obtain it.
Experience in primary care or family medicine settings.
Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
BLS/ACLS certification required.
