SSM Health is actively recruiting for an experienced and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team in Fenton, MO.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting comprehensive health assessments and physical exams
  • Developing and implementing patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

The schedule is Monday-Friday, 8AM-4PM four days and 8AM-12PM one day, with a 1:7 call schedule.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program
  • Current Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant license in Missouri
  • Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
