- Additional Details: Primary Care Clinic Provider should have had their own patient panel in past Working days per year: 205 Pat. Pop.:Seeing all ages of patients - Acute Chronic patient care ppd: 16-18 patients per day Experience: ~2 years Experience in Primary Care / Urgent Care is ideal
