Job Responsibilities

Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) is a physician led and accountable 600+ provider multi-specialty group practice that has an excellent opportunity for a Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (APP), Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a robust clinic-based practice and work full-time at a Boise location. The APP would work in a team-based model with well-established Family Medicine Physicians to manage full and complex patient panels. At Saint Alphonsus Primary Care clinics, Family Medicine providers are dedicated to providing services for a full spectrum of patients to include birth to end of life.

Qualifications

- Current, unrestricted Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner medical license in Idaho; Valid controlled substance registration with Idaho Board of Pharmacy and DEA.

- A strong medical background and a desire to provide acute care to support a growing multi-specialty medical group. In providing this support, you will obtain Idaho medical licensure to maintain and strengthen the Health System's general internal program across all communities we serve.
