It is the perfect hybrid of Primary Care, Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, and Addiction Medicine; providing care to an under-served, diverse, and truly appreciative patient population.

We are currently looking for a Part-Time or Per Diem, Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team and provide on-site medical care at the Monroe County Jail in Rochester, NY.

Part Time position would every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday) during normal dayshift hours. Shift Differential for weekend shift is also provided.

Per Diem position requires a minimum of 24 hours per month. Schedule option are 8, 10 or 12 hour shifts.

• Salaries are negotiable and commensurate based on experience. hourly rate range: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour, $10.00 shift differential for weekends (Saturday/Sunday).
