We are seeking multiple Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with experience in telemedicine to join our expanding team of healthcare professionals. This role is designed for a motivated, patient-focused individual who thrives in a virtual care environment. You will provide comprehensive healthcare services remotely, ensuring high-quality patient care for a diverse patient population.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct virtual consultations with patients via a secure telemedicine platform.
  • Perform medical assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans for acute, chronic, and preventive care.
  • Prescribe medications, order diagnostic tests, and interpret lab results.
  • Educate and counsel patients on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide patient-centered care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in an electronic health record (EHR) system.
  • Provide urgent care services to patients experiencing non-emergency conditions, following established protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and telemedicine best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Active Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license in multiple states including California, New York, Texas and Florida. The more states you are licensed in, the better!!!
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, with prior experience in urgent care, primary care, or telemedicine preferred. Will consider new grads on a case-by-case basis.
  • DEA CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
  • Strongly prefer providers already registered with Medicare/Medicaid
  • Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with patients in a virtual setting.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and handle a flexible workload.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet, professional home office setup.
