Adelphi is seeking highly qualified and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP)/ Physician Assistant (PA) to provide medical support for all programs, providing medical services in the clinics, home, and community settings for the City of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The Ideal candidate will assist in quality assurance program development and implementation to ensure the delivery of effective public health services.

Requirements:
• Active WI license

Responsibilities:
• Clinical Services: Provide coverage when advanced providers are unavailable, set clinical care standards, and oversee quality care, including the use of NPI for medication procurement.
• Quality Improvement: Develop and implement quality assurance programs, recommend improvements in performance and services, and identify opportunities for collaboration to meet public health goals.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, work with regulatory bodies to maintain standards, and support consistent operational performance.
• Public Health Policy and Advocacy (Desired): Advocate for public health initiatives, develop policies, collaborate with stakeholders, and present proposals to leadership and city officials.
• Community Engagement (Desired): Lead community health education, foster partnerships, and participate in public awareness campaigns to address local health needs.
• Collaboration and Partnerships (Desired): Work with healthcare organizations and providers to enhance community health, communicate with leadership and partners, and provide guidance on employee health policies.
