Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to deliver comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family medicine, excellent clinical skills, and a dedication to providing patient-centered care. Job Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive primary care, including preventive, acute, and chronic care, to patients of all ages.
Perform physical examinations, obtain medical histories, and order and interpret diagnostic tests.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including prescribing medications and providing health education.
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care.
Educate patients and their families about health management, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Participate in community health initiatives and patient education programs as needed.
Stay current with advancements in healthcare and best practices through continuous professional development.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner specialization from an accredited program.
Current, valid Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification.
Active RN license and NP license to practice in Arizona.
Strong clinical skills and experience in family medicine preferred.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
Minimum of three years experience in a similar role.
