Nurse Practitioner - Family Medicine - Low Patient Volume

We are currently seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to fill an opening in Portland, OR. Will provide preventative medical and acute care.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide comprehensive exams and preventative care for adults.
• Treatment of acute and chronic health conditions.
• Patient load 10-12 per day

JOB DETAILS:

• W2 + medical/dental/vision benefits for full-time providers
• Flexible Schedule:
• Full Time M-F (8AM - 4:30PM)
• 4-10 hour shifts or 5-8 hour shifts
• No call or weekends required
• Start Date: ASAP
• Credentialing Estimate: 1 month

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Active/Unrestricted OR Nurse Practitioner’s License
• BLS/ACLS Certification
• Active/unrestricted DEA
• 1 year experience preferred
