Client seeking Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for contract assignment in Jacksonville, FL from September 18 - November 1. Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm with a 30-minute break. Provider will see employees for primary care, acute care, well women's exams, annual physicals, biometric, blood draws, and administering vaccinations. Clinic is only staffed by the provider so will work alone. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience to be considered for this assignment.
