Providence Medical Group (PMG) is seeking an experienced nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join a well-established practice at PMG Gresham. You will join a dedicated, passionate, mission-driven group of providers who are making a vital impact to those in need by providing care to a culturally and ethnically diverse, medically complex, patient population (all ages). You’ll be part of a collaborative, value-based, and patient-centered medical home made up of physicians, advanced practice providers, behavior health provider, clinical pharmacist, case management, and an experienced clinical support team. The facility is also in an excellent location in the city of Gresham - which is not only one of the largest suburbs of Portland, but it’s close location to the Cascades means you will have convenient access to both the mountains and the city.

  • Full-time (1.0 FTE)
  • 4 or 5 days/week schedule (M-F)
  • 2-years of post-graduate professional experience in a primary care setting required
  • Non-paneled, team-based care with direct and indirect patient care (In Basket management)
