Client seeks Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for contract assignment from August 26 - October 4 at their Corporate Health clinic in Berea, KY. Provider will work with 2 Medical Assistants to see ages 3 and and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, workplace injury care, physicals including fit for duty and return to work exams, and wellness visits including well woman exams. Hours are Monday and Wednesday 8:00am-5:00pm, Tuesday & Thursday 10:00am-6:00pm, all with a 30-minute lunch break, and Friday 10:00am-4:00pm. provider must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to qualify for this assignment; experience in Occupational Medicine or Urgent Care is a plus!
