Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team and meet the growing community demand. We offer holistic care based on the Dene’ Philosophy, addressing physical, spiritual, emotional, and social health.

Hospital Details

  • Services include medical, dental, behavioral health, physical and occupational therapy, lactation consultation, optometry, pharmacy support, and traditional healing
  • Support from a CMA, RN Case Manager, Clinical Pharmacist, 3 PTs, 1 OT, 2 Massage Therapists, 1 Behavioral Health Clinician, and 1 Lactation Consultant
    • Indian Health Service Joint Venture Award and LEED Silver Certification for sustainability
    • CARF International accredited for integrated comprehensive Behavioral Health services.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday: 8 AM - 5 PM or four 10-hour shifts
    • 1 in 6 Saturdays
    • No call required
