House Call division in practice since 1999 is a very important service offered to those most vulnerable populations home bound. locations most in need are Brooklyn and or Manhattan. New grads are welcome to join this team supported by our Physician led Chief of the Division. A driver is provided for the house call visits.

Qualifications

New Grads Welcome !

PA or FNP certification.

Working Hours

this is full time role spanning 7 days per week

You may select any 5 days. Providers work from 9-2 daily
