Client seeks Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for contract assignment starting ASAP-September 6 at their Corporate Health clinic in Chino Hills, CA. Provider will see ages 3+ for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and wellness visits. Hours are Monday & Wednesday 7:00am-5:00pm, Tuesday & Thursday 9:00am-6:00pm, all with a 60-minute lunch break, and Friday 8:00am-12:00pm. Clinic is staffed with a Nurse Practitioner and an MA and sees 2-5 patients per day on average; majority of patients are ages 30-50. Provider must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to qualify for this assignment. Experience in Occupational Medicine or Urgent Care is a plus.
