Job Details:
- Full-time Permanent Position (Schedule will be discussed during initial interview)
- One year or more of experience in primary care as an Advanced Practice Provider required
- Duties will include conducting sick/wellness visits, physical examinations, and patient follow-ups for optimal patient outcomes
- Bilingual Candidates are preferred due to patient population (English and Spanish)
