St. Luke's is currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our highly collegial and multi-disciplinary team of providers with our CARES (Children At Risk Evaluation Services) and DVSA (Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault) clinics in Boise Idaho, with occasional traveling to our Nampa location. The selected provider will work 2 days a week in our DVSA clinic providing services to adult/adolescent victims of domestic violence and sexual assault and work 2-3 days a week in our CARES clinic providing services to child victims of physical and sexual abuse, neglect, exposure to violence and other forms of maltreatment. Our APP will be coordinating with interagency team members and community multi-disciplinary team members for appropriate services and referrals for and may provide community training and prevention education. The provider will occasionally be called to provide court testimony as requested per subpoena. *Provider needs to be licensed to see both adult and pediatric populations experience in both is preferred. OB/GYN experience a plus.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate education from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program or qualifying education as designated by the Idaho Board of Nursing.
  • Licenses/Certifications: License and certification, as required by the specialty, or be eligible to obtain licensure from Idaho Board of Nursing to practice as a Nurse Practitioner. Must obtain and maintain unrestricted prescriptive authority, DEA, and controlled substance licenses
