Novant Health Medical Group is looking for a compassionate, Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner to join a compassionate well-established full spectrum program offering inpatient, outpatient and community-based Hospice & Palliative care services in Charlotte, NC. Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary health team that promotes team wellness and career development opportunities.
Utilize your critical thinking and symptom management skills to elevate the care of the most vulnerable patients. Candidate Qualifications:
- Education: Master's Degree required. Master's degree in NP program or post Master's NP program.
- Licensure/Certification/Registration: Current NP license in appropriate state required. NCCPA or registry with state nursing board, BLS, DEA registry required.

- This position will float to multiple sites in the Charlotte Market
- As an inpatient consultant you will perform: Patient Assessments and Management, Interdisciplinary Team Collaboration, Patient and Family Education and Support, Symptom Management
